Due to the high demand for quality affordable housing, most of our existing properties have waitlists for future vacancies, and some waitlists may be closed.

How do I apply?
Complete the application including all names of people who will be residing in the unit, incomes and employment details. References will be checked and credit may be requested and can be provided by many of the free consumer services available or we can process a search for a fee.
ONce application is reviewed you will be contacted for a showing of the available unit.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent is processed on the 1st of every month utilizing Pre authorized debit. We do not accept cash or cheques. Your bank may take 24-72 hours to record the transaction in your bank history. The rent is automatically processed and may not be stopped without a 2 week minimum notice period. Any rent deferment requests are subject to a $35.00 processing fee. NSFs will be charged a $35.00 fee.
Do I need to have Tenants’ insurance?
Yes, we require a copy of your tenants’ insurance within one week of beginning a tenancy. Tenants’ insurance is an invaluable means of protecting yourself and covering your contents from such catastrophes as fire, flood and theft.
What is the Smoking Policy?
We are very proud of the fact that our buildings have adopted a smoke-free environment. As a reminder, bylaws prohibit smoking within a 3 metres radius of doors, and a 6 metres distance from open windows and air intakes. We aim to have all of our residents enjoying their patio and the sanctuary of their units without any intrusion from toxic second hand smoke. To achieve this, we need everybody’s support. Smokers have been provided a fire safe ashtray in a covered area.
What maintenance am I responsible for in my unit?
Tenants are responsible for the replacement of minor items such as fuses, bulbs, burners; however, our maintenance team is readily accessible for larger items. It is important to contact the correct department email to guarantee a timely response.
Can I add a pet?
Yes, you may request permission to add a pet during your tenancy. The type and breed of pet will be reviewed as per the existing pet policy in your property and be subject to a minimum half month pet deposit.
